Why We Built This Site
Missouri gives the public broad access to many court records, but the hard part is figuring out which Barry County office holds the file you want. The Circuit Clerk handles civil, criminal, traffic, domestic, probate, small claims, protection order, and municipal-division case files at 102 West Street in Cassville. The Recorder of Deeds handles marriage licenses and recorded instruments at 700 Main Street, Suite 6. The Sheriff manages jail, roster, warrant-check, civil-process, and law-enforcement records from 94 Barry County Drive. Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
